  5. This file describes the various ways you can register SmartDir.
  6. Note that additional registration options may be made available
  7. in the future. For the most up-to-date information, visit SmartDir's
  8. home page at http://www.gavlockconsulting.com/smartdir.htm.

  10. REGISTERED USERS RECEIVE...

  12. ò A Registration Code that will remove the report line limits
  13.   and closing "reminder" screen.
  14. ò Priority technical support.
  15. ò Priority enhancement consideration.
  16. ò Prompt notification of future updates.

  18. REGISTRATION OPTIONS FOR A SINGLE-USER LICENSE ($20)

  20. 1) Online: You can pay by credit card by using our secure
  21.    online order system. The online order system can be accessed
  22.    from within SmartDir. Go to the Help->Register SmartDir...
  23.    dialog and click the Online button. You will receive a
  24.    Registration Code via email shortly after you order.

  26. 2) Telephone: You can also pay by credit card by calling our
  27.    toll free telephone number: 877-353-7297. Mention that you
  28.    are ordering product id: 1987-1. You will receive a
  29.    Registration Code via email shortly after you order.

  31. 3) Offline: You can pay by check or money order by mailing in the
  32.    SMARTDIR 3.0 USER REGISTRATION FORM. This form is located in
  33.    the RegUser.txt file. To access this form from within SmartDir,
  34.    go to the Help->Register SmartDir... dialog and click the
  35.    Offline button. You will receive a Registration Code via email
  36.    or U.S. mail after your order has been received and your check
  37.    processed.

  39. REGISTRATION OPTIONS FOR A MULTI-COMPUTER SITE LICENSE
  40.  
  41. Site licenses are based on the number of computers, not the number
  42. of users. Volume discounts are available, based on the number of
  43. computers licensed (see the RegSite.txt file).

  45. 1) Check or Money Order: Site licenses for SmartDir can be ordered
  46. by mailing in the SMARTDIR 3.0 SITE REGISTRATION FORM. This form is
  47. located in the RegSite.txt file. To access this form from within
  48. SmartDir, go to the Help->Register SmartDir... dialog and click the
  49. Site button. You will receive a Registration Code via email or U.S.
  50. mail after your order has been processed.

  52. 2) Purchase Orders: Purchase Orders (net 30 days) will be accepted
  53. for orders over $50. Submitted Purchase Order forms must include a
  54. purchase order number and a billing address. Please include a
  55. completed SMARTDIR 3.0 SITE REGISTRATION FORM (RegSite.txt file),
  56. and mail it to the address specified. You will be invoiced for
  57. payment by check or money order (in U.S. dollars drawn on a U.S.
  58. bank) or by International postal money orders in U.S. dollars.

  60. 3) Credit Card: If you prefer to pay for your site license with a
  61. credit card, please send an email note to sales@gavlockconsulting.com.
  62. We will email you a form that can be filled in and faxed to our
  63. credit card registration service.
